Free WiFi offer - Terms and Conditions
- Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions customers can claim free Cloud WiFi on HP 'Qualifying Products' purchased between 1 November - 30 April 2010.
- The promotion is open to residents of the UK only. This offer is not open to agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers or participating stockists of Hewlett-Packard.
- Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. Any claims where a reseller is suspected of claiming will be rejected.
- The offer is valid only in the UK for private end users and business customers; claims where the products purchase will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible.
- Customers may claim Free Cloud WiFi on a maximum of 20 units per offer per calendar month.
- To take advantage of the promotion visit www.freecloudwifi.com and fill out the online claim form. The participant must scan in and upload their proof of purchase in the form of the seller's invoice or receipt. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The seller's invoice must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase. HP must receive the claim form within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- In order to be eligible for the Free Cloud WiFi on offers featuring bundles, all products must be bought within 7 days of purchase of the main product from the same reseller and all invoices related to the sale need to be uploaded in order to qualify. Claims on Bundle offers where the associated qualifying products have not been purchased in this manner will be declined.
- The participant will receive confirmation of receipt of their claim form by email from help@freecloudwifi.com stating whether or not the claim for the free WiFi offer has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the promotions team using the email address above within seven days of the submission of their claim if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
- Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for Free WiFi will be refused.
- Unique codes and instructions on how to download the Free WiFi software will be sent via email within 28 days of validation of claim.
- Return of the qualifying HP product to the seller following submission of the claim for the Free WiFi will disentitle the participant to the Free WiFi.
- All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The free wifi will only be awarded upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, are late, damaged, misdirected, as a result of any network, computer hardware or software. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
- The promoter reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
- All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of HP and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future HP promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
- The promoter may declare this promotion to be void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- The decisions of the promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer with one month's notice.
